Chalet – Standard Construction: Construction of brick, concrete or stone with a slate or tiled roof, on a concrete base or stilts.
Chalet – Non-standard Construction: Timber or timber framed with slate, tile, profile steel, synthetic tile or flat roof.
Log Cabin: Totally timber built on a concrete base. Roofs may or may not be of timber.
