Many thanks to all who took the time to enter our September opt-in email newsletter prize draw to win a £25 Amazon voucher. We really appreciated your help and feedback.
And now we’re pleased to announce the winner.

How we chose the winner
1. All eligible entries were put into a numbered list by Dave.
2. He didn’t show me the list, but gave me the range of numbers.
3. I entered the range into the random number generator at http://www.psychicscience.org/random.aspx
4. I told Dave the number.
5. He told me the name on the list which matched the number.
Commiserations to those whose name didn’t come out of the electronic hat this time. But there’s always next time…
We’ll be running another prize draw in our October newsletter. Maybe we’ll have more give-aways too, so stay tuned.

What sort of things do you send out in your newsletter? I’d be interested to subscribe but want to know what I’ll be receiving first! Is there a directory of past newsletters?
Sure, you can see the past ones. Perhaps it’s not obvious how to find them, so good question, thanks!
If you look at the navigation column on the left where it lists categories, the bottom category is “newsletter”. If you expand that category you’ll see a list of years. These contain the newsletter archives.
We had a loooong gap of sending them out and the one we sent in September this year was the first on our new system, so it was atypical. People have been asking us to reinstate some of the contents we used to have, such as the editorial, so the new-style newsletter is still evolving.
I can send you a copy of the September one if you’re interested. Also, it’s easy to sign up and subsequently unsubscribe if you decide it’s not for you. There will be another prize draw in the October one, if that might entice you!
