"The meal didn’t look that great, to be honest. The 'Aussie chips' were bog-standard frozen fries, the grilled onions looked anaemic and the peppercorn sauce looked like a thin gravy, with no evidence of any peppercorns anywhere." Kay and Dave discover that the Outback Steakhouse in Bukit Bintang is not all it's cracked up to be.

As soon as we walked in we knew we'd got our money's worth – it was clean and generously sized, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a splendid sea view looking over the Penang Strait."
