“This was our first trip to Phnom Penh and we had decided to splash out a bit. Billed as ‘Phnom Penh’s most comfortable hotel’, the Bougainvillier seemed like a good bet. “We decided it was a pity to be so close to Angkor Wat – considered to be one of the wonders of the world – and not go to see it.
